IX Renewables
IX Renewables is specialized in the development and EPCI management of offshore wind projects. The company is originated in The Netherlands, with local offices in the APAC region, including Taipei. The company’s involvement in the Taiwanese offshore wind sector goes back to the very first offshore wind project in in Taiwan: Formosa I. Over the years, IX Renewables was involved in the development of multiple offshore wind project in Taiwan. Our glocal team combines the best of Taiwanese and international knowledge to bring Rui Li 1 to a full success.
GF Corporation
GF Corporation was established in Japan, in 1973 and has been working towards the realization of a sustainable society by promoting the adoption of clean energy and the advancement of a smart society. Under the concept of "Sustainable Development and Happiness (SDH)", the company targets to develop 1GW of solar- and wind power by 2033, aiming to revitalize local communities through innovative energy solutions. GF plans to develop floating offshore wind power in Japan, and its vision aligns with the goals of the Rui Li 1 project, providing a strong technological foundation for the success of the project.

Hexicon, headquartered in Sweden, is a floating wind developer and floating technology provider with over 15 years of experience. Hexicon’s international team offers expert innovation and project development across the key markets for floating wind around the world. Hexicon is well-positioned to bring valuable expertise from its European and South Korean projects to Rui Li 1, ensuring success at every stage and delivering high-quality solutions for Taiwan's floating wind development.
